Hiring: Internet Sales Representative

• Pay:$46,500.00 - $154,000.00 annually
• Schedule:5-day work week with 2 rotating days off
• Department Hours:Monday–Saturday: 9am-8pm and Sunday: 10am-7pm

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads through phone, text, email, and dealership systems.
• Engage online customers, answer vehicle questions, and identify their needs before they visit the dealership.
• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments while maintaining follow-up with prospective buyers.
• Track opportunities by managing assigned leads and customer activity within the dealership CRM.
• Partner with the sales team to turn online inquiries into appointments, vehicle demonstrations, and sales.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of previous automotive internet sales, BDC, or sales experience.
• Confidence engaging customers digitally and over the phone.
• Manage a high volume of leads while staying organized and responsive.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, texting platforms, email, and other dealership technology.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $46,500.00 - $154,000.00. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
