Hourly Wage:$26.75

Shift:1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays

As a Rooms Controller, a typical day will include:  

• Assigns aroom according to guestrequests and preferences wheneverpossible. 

• Reviews/Tracks/Accommodates requests for room/check-out changes when possible.  

• Performs duplicate reservationchecks; block rooms.  

• Confirms reservations and cancellations.   

• Communicates toappropriate staff that there are guestswho are waiting for an available room.    

• Organizes and coordinatescheck-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups.  

• Reviews requests for late check-outs andapproves according tooccupancy.   

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests andanticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become aRooms Controller at MVW:  

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. 

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time. 

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10lbs withoutassistance. 

• Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policyin accordance with applicable legal requirements.
