Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based | $22-$26/hr | Albuquerque – North Valley

We’re currently hiring aRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) for aschool-based position in Albuquerque’s North Valley. This role offersweekday morning hours, with the opportunity to pick upin-home hours during the summer if desired.

This position is a great fit for someone currently in graduate school or working toward becoming a BCBA (student analyst).

What You’ll Do:

• Providein-person ABA therapy to children in aschool setting

• Follow treatment plans developed by aBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record behavior data during each session

• Participate in team meetings to collaborate and share progress updates

• Optional opportunity to provideadditional in-home services based on your comfort and availability

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday,8:00am-1:45pm

• Optional in-home hours during summer months

What You’ll Need:

• RBT Certification (required before working with clients)

• Proof of completion of a40-hour Behavior Technician training course

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with children (especially those with special needs) is preferred

• Experience working in a school setting is a plus

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor, etc.)
