Key Responsibilities:

• Execute content migration from the legacy SharePoint 2019 environment to SharePoint Online using ShareGate.
• Re-author classic SharePoint 2019 publishing pages into modern templates, including layout updates and web part rebuilds.
• Perform metadata tagging based on governance taxonomy.
• Configure audience targeting for migrated content.
• Support post-migration QA across a representative sample of migrated pages.
• Validate migrated content for accuracy, accessibility, metadata, and audience targeting.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with ShareGate migration.
• Experience re-authoring classic SharePoint pages into modern SharePoint templates.
• Good understanding of SharePoint governance concepts.
• Knowledge of metadata and taxonomy.
• Experience with audience targeting using Entra ID dynamic groups.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• SPFx experience.
• General development skills.
