We are looking for aFull Stack Engineer to join the development and evolution of a web platform, working hands-on across both frontend and backend.

The immediate focus of this role isfull stack web development, primarily usingTypeScript, React, Express, PostgreSQL, and AWS within a Docker-containerized three-tier architecture.

We are looking for an experienced engineer who has built end-to-end web applications and can work autonomously, solve technical problems across different layers of the application, and contribute to implementation and architecture decisions when needed.

In the future, the product is expected to incorporate capabilities related toWeb3/Blockchain and, later, Artificial Intelligence integrations. Experience or interest in these areas is valued butnot required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features usingTypeScript.
• Build frontend interfaces and reusable components withReact.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs usingNode.js and Express.
• Work withPostgreSQL for data persistence, queries, and data management.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of athree-tier application architecture.
• Work with containerized applications usingDocker.
• Develop and operate solutions within anAWS environment.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, database, and application integrations.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to software architecture decisions when required.
• Collaborate with the team responsible forCI/CD and infrastructure, contributing to troubleshooting and improvements when needed.
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices, code quality, and maintainability.
• Collaborate effectively with a distributed team acrossMexico and the United States.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience as aFull Stack Engineer, with hands-on involvement in both frontend and backend development.
• Strong practical experience withJavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid experience building modern web applications withReact.
• Experience developing backend services and APIs withNode.js, ideally usingExpress.
• Experience working with relational databases, particularlyPostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with applications or services deployed onAWS.
• Practical experience withDocker and containerized applications.
• Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot problems across different layers of an application.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of technical challenges.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members in the United States.

Nice to Have

• Experience withDrizzle ORM or other ORMs within the TypeScript ecosystem.
• Experience withTailwind CSS and/orRadix UI.
• Practical knowledge ofCI/CD, deployments, and pipeline troubleshooting.
• Experience contributing tosoftware architecture and technical design decisions.
• Experience withRedis.
• Knowledge or previous experience withWeb3, Blockchain, or Solana.
• Exposure toAI-powered integrations or solutions.
