About The Job:

• Experience: 4+ Years
• Shift: Flexible to work in IST and PST Time Zones
• We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ professional to join our team in a long-term production support role.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently analyze and resolve production issues.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CPQ applications.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce CPQ-related production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents.
• Troubleshoot issues related to product rules, price rules, quote calculations, product configuration, pricing, and quote generation.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, business users, developers, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Analyze production defects, incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for application, process, and product improvements.
• Support application releases, deployments, production validations, and change management activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation for incidents, root-cause analyses, resolutions, known errors, and support procedures.
• Work proactively to ensure application stability, performance, and availability.
• Participate in production support reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively across global teams supporting IST and PST business operations.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in Production Support / Application Support environments.
• Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of CPQ processes including product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, and quote generation.
• Experience handling production incidents, defects, service requests, and support tickets.
• Ability to independently manage issues and take end-to-end ownership through resolution.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to support both IST and PST business time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce CPQ implementations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience working within SLA-driven support models.
• Understanding of release management, deployment processes, and production change controls.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
