JOB DESCRIPTION
- ITSM administration; users, groups, roles, ACLs and role-based access; service catalogs, Record Producers, workflows, approvals and Flow Designer.
Notifications, events, SLAs, assignment rules and scheduled jobs; CMDB classes, relationships, data quality and CSDM; Import Sets, Transform Maps and data maintenance. - Update sets and DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD deployment; cloning, upgrades, patches and releases; monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, performance analysis, reporting/dashboards, API integration deployment and ATF.
- 3+ years ServiceNow/ESM platform; 2+ years Federal experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with services of similar scope, size and complexity.
