About the RoleÂ
As an Advisory Solution Consultant within the Singapore Public Sector team, you will be a trusted technology advisor to Singapore government agencies, partnering with Account Executives to drive strategic opportunities from discovery through technical win. You bring deep platform expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to translate complex government challenges into compelling ServiceNow solutions.Â
What You'll DoÂ
Technical Solutioning & Pre-SalesÂ
Lead end-to-end solution consulting engagements across discovery, technical validation, and proof-of-concept (PoC/PoV) phases for Singapore government agency accountsÂ
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and PoC environments that map to agency-specific outcomes and technical requirementsÂ
Develop solution architectures aligned to ServiceNow platform capabilities — including ITSM, HRSD, App Engine, AI/Now Assist, and workflow automation — within Singapore public sector compliance boundariesÂ
Customer EngagementÂ
Engage confidently at CIO, Deputy Secretary, business and technical team levels within government agenciesÂ
Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, building trusted relationships across both IT and business stakeholdersÂ
Navigate Singapore public sector procurement, and compliance requirements with confidenceÂ
Team & CommunityÂ
Contribute to team capability-building — knowledge sharing, demo asset development, PoC playbook refinementÂ
Collaborate with regional SC specialists and cross-functional teams Â
Strategic ContributionÂ
Shape account strategies in partnership with AEs — including whitespace identification, technical win criteria, and SC coverage planningÂ
Provide technical input to Singapore GTM plays Â
Represent ServiceNow at public sector industry events, executive briefings, and technical forumsÂ
What You'll BringÂ
ExperienceÂ
8–12 years of enterprise technology experience, with at least 4–5 years in a pre-sales or solution consulting roleÂ
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
Demonstrated experience working with Singapore government agencies (e.g. MOH, MOE, MOM, HDB, Govtech, HTX, DSTA, Synapxe, NEA, or similar)Â
Strong understanding of Singapore public sector IT landscape — IM8 policy, GCC/GCC+, whole-of-government platforms, and procurement frameworksÂ
Platform & Technical SkillsÂ
Hands-on proficiency with the ServiceNow platform preferred Â
Experience architecting solutions for complex, regulated environmentsÂ
Ability to independently build and configure PoC environments and demo instancesÂ
CompetenciesÂ
Strong executive communication and presentation skills — able to hold a room at C-suite levelÂ
Structured problem-solving with ability to connect business pain to platform outcomesÂ
Self-directed and able to manage multiple concurrent engagements with minimal oversightÂ
Preferred QualificationsÂ
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; one or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferredÂ
Experience with AI-powered workflow platforms or AI governance discussions in regulated sectorsÂ
Familiarity with ServiceNow's PoC/PoV methodology and SC engagement frameworksÂ
