ServiceNow Lead Developer – DevOps Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Lead Developer with strong DevOps experience to drive end-to-end development, automation, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Architect and implementCI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow using DevOps best practices
Automate application deployment, testing, and release management processes
Integrate ServiceNow with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git
Manage and optimizeUpdate Sets,Source Control, andServiceNow DevOps integrations
Implement automated testing frameworks (ATF) and ensure code quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders
Perform code reviews and enforce development standards and governance
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and optimize system performance
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Proven experience withCI/CD pipeline implementation
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, etc.)
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
