Job description:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow ITOM initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define solutions.
- Prepare process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Coordinate requirements validation, testing, UAT, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Strong ServiceNow ITOM knowledge and excellent communication skills required.
