Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions usingServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
  • Configure and customizeRisk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Regulatory Change Management modules.
  • DevelopBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs.
  • ConfigureFlow Designer, Workflow, Notifications, Approvals, and Assignment Rules.
  • Implement risk identification, assessment, scoring, treatment, monitoring, and reporting processes.
  • Configurerisk statements, risk frameworks, controls, indicators, entities, and profiles.
  • Develop and maintainIRM forms, catalog items, dashboards, reports, and workspaces.
  • Integrate ServiceNow IRM with external applications usingREST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and Import Sets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IRM applications and integrations.
  • Work with business, risk, compliance, audit, and security teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
