JOB DESCRIPTION

ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge; JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs; Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs and Data Policies.
CMDB/CSDM; Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces or Employee Center; integrations, Flow Designer/IntegrationHub, security and performance optimization.
Update sets, source control, deployments, testing and upgrades; Import Sets, Transform Maps, scheduled jobs and data migration.

5+ years ServiceNow/ESM platform; 2+ years Federal experience.
At least 3 years of experience with services of similar scope, size and complexity.
