Duration: 3-4+ months CTH

Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise ServiceNow implementation, modernization, and managed services.
Own governance, platform delivery, resources, risks, financials, and customer engagement. Oversee ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, and workflow automation; drive integrations, platform consolidation, and AI-enabled service management.
15–18+ years in enterprise IT delivery, including 8–10+ years in ServiceNow transformation.
Multi-module global programs, large delivery teams, and multimillion-dollar engagements.
Strong ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Integration Hub knowledge;
Now Assist experience and CSA/CIS/CAD certifications preferred.
