Job Title:  ServiceNow Consultant
Location:  Remote ( Preferred PST candidates )
Salary Range:  $85/hr to $95/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow consultant or solution architect to assess whether out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities can replace an internally developed platform for enterprise Responsible AI governance, rather than continuing custom development. The engagement is an assessment and recommendation phase, not an implementation commitment. Candidates should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), AI Governance/AI Control Tower, and configurable assessment and approval workflows, along with experience translating complex governance requirements into maintainable enterprise solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Work with business, policy, product, and engineering stakeholders to evaluate current functionality and next-generation requirements
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Experience with AI Governance/AI Control Tower
• Experience with configurable assessment and approval workflows
• Experience translating complex governance requirements into maintainable enterprise solutions
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AI system registration and inventory
• Experience with risk classification and adaptive questionnaires
• Experience with policy and control mapping, compliance evidence, and audit trails

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work with business, policy, product, and engineering stakeholders to evaluate current functionality and next-generation requirements
• Map each requirement to a specific ServiceNow capability and categorize as supported out of the box, achievable through standard configuration, dependent on integrations or custom development, or unsupported
• Produce a requirements-to-capabilities fit-gap assessment and validate critical workflows through targeted demonstrations or a limited proof of concept
• Provide a recommendation on whether and how to transition to ServiceNow, including required products and licensing, material gaps and trade-offs, data migration and integration needs, security and scalability considerations, indicative implementation effort and timeline, and ongoing administration and support costs relative to continued internal development
