Job Description:
- Immediate Joiner, 4-8 years experience.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Order Guides.
- Design and customize Service Portal pages, widgets, and dynamic forms.
- Configure approval workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Manage CMDB structure, CI creation, CI relationships, and service mapping.
- Design and maintain CI mapping, dependency mapping, and CMDB governance processes.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and integrations.
- Gather requirements, translate business needs into solutions, and support end-to-end implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and platform administrators.
- Experience working with client-hosted ServiceNow instances.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
