Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather vehicle information
• Document vehicle concerns and symptoms
• Recommend maintenance based on mileage and vehicle history
• Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
• Monitor repair progress and update customers
• Review completed work and explain final invoices

Qualifications

Requirements

•1+ year Service Advisor experience preferred
• Automotive dealership knowledge
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in ahigh-volume environment
• CSI-focused mindset
