Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is hiring aCSS SupervisorĀ - Full Time Day schedule
TheCentral Sterile Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sterilization of medical equipment. Provides guidance, leadership, and supervision for personnel sterilizing equipment, setting up standardized treatment trays, and maintaining sterilization related equipment and documentation. Functions as a leader, preceptor and educator. Manages and maintains department inventory and equipment. Collaborates with surgical team to coordinate timely delivery of sterile instruments for surgeries and procedures. Assist leader with compliance to ensure the department complies with all local, state and federal healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement training programs for new staff and ongoing education for current team members.
