Overview:

Overview 

  • Travels to various facilities to perform patient phlebotomy, monitor staff and train staff; and reassign team when necessary for coverage. Collects, labels, and processes patient specimens for testing.
  • Job Description

    Acts as site lead- directs and assigns work to other CLA-Phlebotomy employees. Responsible for daily operations and supply levels at the collection site. Operates and maintains laboratory equipment; responsible for both internal and external problem resolution. May perform EKGs or operate point of care equipment. 

Education 

  • High School Diploma (Required) 

 

Certification/Licensure 

  • Basic Life Support (AHA or RQI) (Required) 

  • Driver’s License (Required) 

 

Experience 

  • 2 years of laboratory experience (Required) 

  • 2 years of phlebotomy experienceRequired)
