Sentara Pace is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Driver.
Position Status: Part Time, Day Shift
Position Location: Home base is Portsmouth, VA. Driving will be in company vehicle.
Pay Range: $16.35- $23
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
Overview
Operate and drives automobiles to transport vehicles and patients/visitors within the organizations parking lots and surrounded areas on the property. Ensure adherence to safety rules.
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must provide and have a current driving record of minus the major and minor traffic violations defined by Sentara, at time of hire, annually or as requested per management. CRD93 form required to provide authorization for request of driving record, upon hire and annually.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Certification/Licensure
Active Driver's License
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly (required)
Minimum 6 months experience with professional driving (required)
