The Administrative Associate is responsible for various administrative and operational tasks. This position provides clerical support, manages patient records, schedules appointments, and handles patient inquiries. The role involves collaborating with medical staff, management, and patients to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Hours of work
Monday – 9:30- 6:30
Tuesday 10:00a- 7:00p
Wednesday – 1130a – 6:00p
Thursday – 10:00a- 7:00p
Friday - 9:00a- 6:00p

Education
- High School or GED REQUIRED
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
1 year of successful customer service experience REQUIRED
1 year of previous medical experience PREFERRED
Medical Terminology knowledge a plus
The successful candidate will have a above-average desire to provide excellent customer service
