Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture design and implementation of Snowflakebased data platforms

Define coding standards best practices and governance frameworks

Design eventdriven ingestion and processing solutions using Snowflake and AWS services

Lead development of SnowparkPython solutions stored procedures streams tasks and task graphs

Drive performance optimization scalability security and costefficiency initiatives

Manage endtoend implementation from requirement analysis through production deployment

Mentor and guide a team of Data Engineers and Snowflake developers

Collaborate with architects product owners business stakeholders and offshoreonshore teams

Conduct design reviews code reviews and technical assessments

Support release planning estimations and technical risk management

Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Terraform and CICD tools

Required Qualifications

BachelorsMasters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

8-12 years of Data Engineering experience

4 years of handson Snowflake implementation experience

Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise data initiatives

Strong understanding of cloudnative architecture and eventdriven design patterns

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience working in AgileScrum delivery environments
