Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced handson AI Automation Lead to drive the design development and implementation of AI GenAI and automation solutions across the Siemens SHERPAX AMS landscape The candidate must have experience in building AI solutions for SAP Basis and be a strong technologist who can independently take ideas from concept to production deployment and deliver measurable business value

Key Activities

Experience in building AI solutions for SAP Basis

Identify AI GenAI automation and productivity improvement opportunities across AMS operations

Design develop and deploy productiongrade AI and automation solutions

Build reusable accelerators frameworks bots copilots and automation assets

Drive automation across Incident Problem Change Monitoring Reporting Knowledge Management User Administration and Service Request processes

Integrate AI and automation solutions with ITSM monitoring observability collaboration and enterprise platforms

Develop PoCs and enterpriseready solutions and drive them into production

Measure automation adoption and realized benefits including productivity improvements effort reduction and service quality enhancements

Work closely with client AI CoE for technical leadership code reviews architecture guidance

Collaborate with Siemens stakeholders AMS teams platform owners and other service providers to implement and scale AIdriven solutions

SAP Joule Azure OpenAI OpenAI Microsoft Copilot

Retrieval Augmented Generation RAG Prompt Engineering

LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks

Agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks

Vector databases and semantic search platforms
