Senior Software Engineer (Coating Machine Software)

By ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technologies (SMT), you willbe responsible for high-quality software development as part of a well-functioningagileteam, review code commits, mentor junior colleagues, design andimplement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with the software architect,requirements- and other senior software engineer.  

The role ofSenior Software Engineer will involve: 

• Develophigh-quality software solution as part of a well-functioningagileteam; 

• Review code commits; 

• Mentor for junior colleagues; 

• Design andimplementCI/CDpipelines in Azure DevOps; 

• Technical alignmentwith stakeholders and architects; 

• Work together closely with software architects,requirement- and software engineers. 

YourExperience 

• A degree in business information technology or a comparable qualification; 

• Confident handling ofC# and.NET 8 and above; 

• Confident handling ofWPF; 

• Experience inmodular software design and/orplugin-architecture is beneficial; 

• Experience usingWCF andGraphQLframeworks is beneficial; 

• OOP, SOLID principles,softwaredesign patterns (GoF). 

It would be desirable if you had:  

• System thinking mindset: able to understand and implement complex plugin-like software architectures; 

• Good command onEnglishand/or German both written and spoken.
