Senior SAP Plan-to-Produce / Manufacturing Lead

BluPeak IT Solutions is looking for a highly experienced Plan-to-Produce / Manufacturing Lead to support critical SAP S/4HANA requirements and fit-gap workshops for an international client in Austria.

This is a senior, client-facing workshop leadership role focused on a complex capital equipment manufacturing environment.

📍 Location: ON-SITE – Austria
• Salzburg – Week of September 14
• Villach – Week of September 21

📅 Initial Engagement: Requirements session + fit-gap workshop, with approximately 2 days of preparation/coordination
🚀 Strong potential to convert into a 12-month project starting Q1 2027
💼 Level: Senior / Workshop Lead

Required / Preferred Experience:
• Deep functional expertise in Plan-to-Produce / Manufacturing within SAP S/4HANA
• Strong experience with Variant Configuration and complex manufacturing processes
• Experience working with large engineering BOMs containing hundreds of line items
• Strong Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Build-to-Order (BTO) process expertise
• Experience managing in-flight production and engineering changes
• Capital equipment or similarly complex manufacturing experience strongly preferred — this is not a typical automotive/discrete manufacturing environment
• Field Service and Spare Parts Management experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lead a 3–4 hour fit-gap workshop with senior client business stakeholders
• Strong ability to steer discussions toward standard S/4HANA processes while identifying genuine functional gaps
• Fluent business English required
• SAP Signavio familiarity is a plus, but not mandatory
• Availability during CET workshop hours required

This is not a full-time initial engagement and may be ideal for an experienced SAP Manufacturing professional currently engaged on another project who can block the required dates and travel onsite to Austria.

Travel expenses paid if required.
