Pay Range: $60 - $66/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of a clinical device lifecycle refresh programme.
Coordinate with HTM, Nursing, Sourcing, vendors, and site leadership.
Oversee programme timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Manage executive updates, stakeholder communication, and governance.
Support rollout planning across multiple medical centres in Southern California.
Drive accountability across internal and external partners.
Ensure successful implementation of barcode scanners and related medical equipment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of relevant programme/project management experience.
Healthcare environment experience required.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience working with medical devices, clinical technology, or large site-based rollouts.
Ability to work onsite and travel as needed.
Master’s degree.
PMP or similar certification.
Experience with HTM, nursing, or clinical operations partners.
Experience managing manufacturer-led implementations.
Experience in multi-site healthcare programmes.
