This role is pivotal in establishing and managing a new adoption program for usage-based products. You will be instrumental in building and scaling operational processes, managing customer and field feedback, and supporting go-to-market efforts for product launches. Your work will directly influence product improvements and strategic adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations for customer beta programs.Synthesize customer and field feedback into actionable insights.Develop and deliver enablement materials for product launches.Coordinate program logistics, timelines, and deliverables.Leverage AI to enhance operational efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in program management and execution.Strong analytical skills for synthesizing feedback.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Experience in enterprise software or SaaS product marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in usage-based business models or customer adoption programs.
