RSC2 is currently looking for a Senior Policy Analyst to join our growing team! 

Responsibilities:
  • Apply expertise in federal and agency-specific acquisition regulations to policy issues.
  • Draft policy updates and recommend new acquisition policies.
  • Conduct independent research and analysis to evaluate policy benefits, deficiencies, and impacts.
  • Coordinate complex research projects and organize findings into recommended solutions.
  • Prepare policy briefs, memoranda, full-length reports, and other policy products.
  • Gather, analyze, integrate, and report qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Research and develop policy positions addressing Congressional, federal, agency, and departmental issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum six years of experience

Work Location:Hybrid/Remote Eligible, with required availability to report to FEMA Headquarters in Washington, DC

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $64,572 - $139,741 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
