Ensure adherence to the contract labor management policy.
Facilitate audits and coordinate with service providers and auditors.
Assess risks related to contract labor deployment and propose improvements
Manage statutory compliance within the plant and ensure adherence to labor laws
Advise stakeholders on legislative changes and ensure alignment with updated legal requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with key statutory authorities
Ensure effective implementation of compliance standards for all applicable statutes.

MSW/ MBA in HR

• Competent level of knowledge in all applicable labor laws for the plant / factories 
• Proficient level of knowledge in Contract Labor Act
• Proficient level of knowledge in regional language language
• Proficient skill in networking and to Liaison with vendors, government officials and locals
• Competent in communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
