Job Summary:

The Senior Specialist in Project Management will oversee project financial management governance and planning to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope time and budget.

Job Description:

• Manage all aspects of project financial management including budgeting forecasting and cost control to maintain fiscal discipline.
• Implement and maintain robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope timelines milestones and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and financial performance providing timely insights and reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Integrate risk management practices within project planning and execution to proactively mitigate potential issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and maintain transparent communication channels to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
