Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python / Angular / Cloud)

Location: Remote – LATAM Preferred

Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Contract

Experience Level: Senior (Leadership / Mentorship Preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilledFull Stack Engineer with strongPython expertise and hands-on experience inAngular andMongoDB. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications, demonstrate strong understanding ofcloud-native development (AWS Lambda, etc.), and have exposure toInfrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform or similar tools.
This role requires closecollaboration across multiple time zones, with a focus on LATAM-based teams. Leadership or mentorship experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications usingPython,Angular, andMongoDB.
  • Implement robust backend APIs and services with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver high-quality, cloud-enabled solutions.
  • ApplyInfrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (Terraform or equivalent) to provision and manage environments.
  • Integrate and leveragecloud services (e.g., AWS Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.) in application development.
  • Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and promote best practices in software development.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django experience preferred).
  • Frontend expertise with Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, and component-based architecture).
  • Database experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud concepts (preferably AWS) – e.g., Lambda, S3, IAM, and API integrations.
  • Experience withInfrastructure as Code tools likeTerraform,CloudFormation, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work effectively incross-timezone, remote teams.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership ormentorship experience in a development team is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
