To know more about us, visit www.tredence.com Job Overview: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Tredence, you will play a key role in designing and developing end-to-end solutions that drive data-driven decision-making in the retail industry. Success in this role means delivering scalable, performant applications that effectively integrate front-end and back-end technologies to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product owners, to ensure seamless last-mile adoption of insights. This position contributes directly to the company’s mission of transforming analytics into practical business value. What will your role look like?: - Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Angular/React on the front end and Node.js on the back end to support retail analytics solutions. - Implement data visualization features using tools such as Google Charts to clearly communicate complex data insights. - Build and optimize cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services for scalability, security, and performance. - Integrate and manage fast-access data stores using Redis to improve application responsiveness and caching strategies. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers, data scientists, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software products. - Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. - Utilize reactive programming techniques with RxJS to manage asynchronous data streams efficiently. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will need: - Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/BTech) or equivalent. - Have 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience developing full stack applications using Angular or React and Node.js. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in AWS cloud services and deploying scalable applications on the cloud. - Exhibit solid experience using Google Charts or similar data visualization libraries to create dynamic dashboards. - Have practical knowledge of Redis for caching and data management. - Be skilled in using RxJS for handling asynchronous events and reactive programming within front-end frameworks. - Show strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern software development methodologies. Good to Have Skills: - Experience working in the retail analytics domain or with large-scale retail data sets. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for seamless software delivery. - Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks for both front end and back end. - Possession of AWS certifications or relevant cloud computing credentials. - Experience contributing to open source projects or involvement in community tech forums.
