Senior Full Stack Developer

Summary:

• Location: Jacksonville, FL
• Shift Hours: Flex – 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (must support EST meetings)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor development work to ensure resulting software meets established goals.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
• Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives for the IT System.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, diagnosis, and enhancements for operating systems software.
• Design, code, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Perform detailed design and code reviews and address findings appropriately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of development experience.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Technical Skills:

• Java Spring Boot and/or .NET Core.
• React, Angular, or modern UI framework.
• SQL development.
• API development.
• Microservices.
• OpenShift.
• Azure or AWS exposure.
• Git, Jenkins.

Preferred Skills:

• Banking experience in deposit systems, account opening, customer onboarding, product setup and maintenance, rates, and pricing engines.
• University degree preferred.
