Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. This role involves providing technical assistance for mobile devices and applications, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with mobile devices and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.
• Proficient at identifying the root cause of issues and finding effective solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience with diagnostic tools, software, and ticketing systems for case management.
• Relevant technical degree and experience with mobile operating systems and development tools.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in iOS Application Development.
• Experience in Mobile Computing - Android.
• Experience in Product Support - Product Engineering.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical software and hardware issues reported by users.
• Providing support to users via phone, email, or in-person to ensure effective use of mobile applications and devices.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining mobile systems, software, and network connectivity.
• Creating and updating knowledge base articles and documentation for issues and solutions.
• Working with development teams to report user feedback, suggest improvements, and provide insights for future products.
• Developing and using monitoring tools to detect and address issues and optimize application performance.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective and empathetic communication and timely resolutions.
