About The Client:
Client is a leading digital transformation solutions provider and IT services company with over 30,000 employees across 30+ countries. Headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California, it helps Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients with digital, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and engineering services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: with 6+ years in QAD/Mfg-Pro development.
- Strong hands-on experience in QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE).
- QAD/Mfg-Pro development using QRF and ICT/non-intrusive programming.
- Experience with EDI, Qxtend, Maintenance, Inquiry, and Browse.
- Basic Progress OpenEdge programming.
- Experience in QAD configuration and c***omization.
- Exposure to QAD integration projects.
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Finance modules.
- 3+ years of experience in leading/mentoring developers.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excelerator experience.
- Healthcare or Supply Chain domain experience.
- Scrum/Agile experience.
- Experience in business process optimization.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
