Job Title: Senior Data Engineer
Location: Milwaukee, WI (preferred) / Richmond, VA
Duration: 6month Contract to Hire
Work Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote

Experience Required

5-6+ years of experience (flexible)
Strong hands-on data engineering background

Lead technical initiatives and projects
Provide mentorship to Associate Data Engineers
Act as a technical lead when needed
Support enterprise data modernization efforts
Drive migration of legacy and on-prem reporting environments into Databricks

Leadership is expected through technical guidance and project ownership
