Job Description
We are seeking aSenior AI Engineer with strong expertise inPython, AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, and SQL to build scalable conversational AI and voice solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop AI-drivenIVR and conversational AI systems.

Build NLP models fortext classification, clustering, and intent detection.

DesignLLM workflows using Prompt Engineering,RAG, and evaluation frameworks.

DevelopAgentic AI workflows.

EstablishLLMOps/MLOps practices.

Analyze data usingSQL.

Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
