Creative Operations Coordinator

We’reSeminal Artist Group, a global label and licensing agency for visual artists, operating across 20+ countries. We help artists transform their work into products and experiences that connect deeply with fans, partnering with brands to bring art to life in new ways.

We’re looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator to support our Licensing team with the organisation, coordination and delivery of artist and brand materials. This is a full-time remote role based in Colombia and is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment, keeping projects structured and running smoothly and supporting high quality brand outputs.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and wider team to prepare assets, support presentations, maintain trackers and ensure everything we deliver is accurate, on brand and on time. The role sits between creative and operations. You do not need to be a designer, but you should feel comfortable working with visual material and have a good eye for detail.

What you’ll do

• Support the preparation, organisation and formatting of artist and brand assets for lookbooks, presentations and approvals
• Keep files, versions and folders structured and up to date across tools and trackers
• Assist with updates to pitch decks and marketing materials
• Track deadlines and progress across multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination
• Communicate clearly with the Creative Director and licensing team
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency in all work

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a creative, marketing, coordination or client facing role
• Strong written English
• Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
• A good eye for layout, brand consistency and detail
• Confidence with Adobe tools (Photoshop or Illustrator) and standard productivity tools
• Examples of work you’ve supported (brand, marketing, presentations or similar)
