Your Role at Sedona DigitalÂ
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery team of software developers, testers and cloud engineers, often involved in the modernization of legacy platforms and building scalable cloud-native solutions. You will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across distributed teams, partnering with enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders. Â

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strategic outlook, ideal for someone who has deep client engagement and delivery experience and wants to shape impactful digital transformation programs. Â
- Provide overall service leadership for software, testing and cloud modernization engagements delivered to customers. Â
- Act as the primary senior point of contact for the client, owning the commercial and delivery relationship to deliver excellent levels of customer satisfaction. Â
- Lead and manage the delivery team, ensuring the right skills, capacity, and performance to meet client expectations.Â
- Partner with the customer’s engineering leads to ensure exceptional performance of services. Â
- Manage cross-functional resources, including software architects, engineers, DevOps engineers, and QA/Testing specialists. Â
- Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), enabling continuous delivery and iterative improvement. Â
- Drive resource planning, onboarding and hiring strategy, ensuring team scalability and capability alignment. Â
- Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), delivery plans, and project financials. Â
- Participate in key client governance forums (e.g. retrospectives, planning, QBRs, steering meetings) to monitor outcomes, risks, and improvement actions.Â
- Proactively identify delivery risks and manage mitigation strategies. Â
- Advocate for best practices in software delivery, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud engineering excellence. Â

What You Bring Â
To excel in this role, you should have: Â
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field. Â
- 7+ years of experience in delivery within software engineering or digital transformation environments. Â
- Strong background in delivering software products and services built on modern back end (e.g. .NET, Java, Node.js) and front-end (e.g. Angular, React, Vue) technologies. Â
- Experience leading teams across cloud-native environments, including modernization or re-platforming initiatives. Â
- Understanding of testing strategies (e.g. unit, integration, regression) for managing quality-focused teams. Â
- Deep experience in Agile delivery frameworks, with proven success managing remote or distributed teams. Â
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD tooling, and modern software engineering workflows. Â
- Experience working in or with staff augmentation delivery models. Â
- Strong commercial acumen: managing SOWs, budgets, cost models, and project profitability. Â
- Track record of high-quality stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences. Â
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Â
- Microsoft Azure certified. E.g. Azure Developer Associate or DevOps Engineer Expert. Â
- Experience delivering AI transformation and/or AI assisted Development / Testing.Â
