As a Security Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day security operation, supporting and developing a team of Security Officers, and ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered to our client. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys leading others, taking ownership, and contributing to a safe and professional working environment.
Security Site Supervisor is varied and engaging, combining operational supervision with administrative responsibilities. You will be responsible for supporting the security team, coordinating shift cover and rotas, completing reports and documentation, responding to incidents, carrying out site searches, and maintaining strong communication with both the client and internal stakeholders. Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with site procedures will be at the heart of everything you do.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership skills within a global security organisation. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, IT literate, and confident working both independently and as part of a wider team. Previous experience of report writing, email communication, and rota management would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
Youâll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Support the recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development of Security Officers to ensure the delivery of a professional and effective security service.
- Maintain all security-related documentation, records, logs, reports and administrative processes, ensuring they are completed accurately, professionally and within required timescales.
- Manage and oversee visitor management processes, ensuring all site access and egress procedures are followed in accordance with company requirements.
- Monitor and support the performance of Security Officers, ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), Assignment Instructions and site procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with the Contract Security Manager, providing updates on operational performance, incidents, service delivery and emerging issues.
- Report all operational concerns, security risks, equipment issues, welfare matters and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements to the Contract Security Manager in a timely manner.

What weâre looking for:
Weâre looking for someone who sees a different worldâsomeone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, youâll have:
- A valid SIA licence &Â Full First Aid.
- Driving Licence.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good working knowledge of security operations and security systems.
- Ability to maintain a professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstance and events.
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
- Strong communication skills in Englishâboth written and spoken.
