We are recruiting2 Security Officers to join a professional team on a secure, high profile site in Rochester.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals looking for a stable, full time role with a competitive rate of pay and a structured shift pattern.

💷Pay & Hours

£14.56 per hour

⏰ 56 hours per week

🔄 Shift Pattern: 7 on, 3 off / 7 on, 4 off

📄 Full Time Permanent

🛡️The Role

• Conduct regular patrols and site checks
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems
• Respond to incidents and security concerns
• Control access for staff, contractors and visitors
• Complete reports and site documentation
• Work closely with site management and emergency services when required

✅ Essential Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence
• Previous security experience
• Eligible to obtain SC Clearance
• 5 year checkable work history
• British citizen or holder of a British passport for a minimum of 5 years
• Strong communication skills and good judgement
• Professional, reliable and customer focused
