    We are looking for an experiencedAccount Manager to further strengthen our Sales organization and support the growth of Securitas Technology in Belgium. In this role, you will develop long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position our advanced Security & ICT solutions in your market segment.

    What you will do

    • Develop and grow your customer portfolio through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.

    • Driveorder intake and achieve commercial targets in line with Securitas Technology’s vision.

    • Promote and sell solutions such asvideo surveillance, access control, intrusion systems, ICT infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, and more.

    • Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions together with our internal experts.

    • Identify new market segments and support lead generation initiatives.

    • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.

    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Back Office, Marketing, etc.) to deliver strong results.

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience.

    • Minimum5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager / Sales role.

    • Strong understanding ofSecurity and/orICT technologies.

    • Experience with brands such as:

      • Axis, Mobotix, Genetec, Nedap (security)

      • Cisco, HP, VMware, Checkpoint (ICT)

    • Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and demonstrate added value.

    • Strong commercial drive, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • A proactive, dynamic and professional attitude.
