PRACTICE SPECIFICS:

Primary site of service will be in Moose Lake, MN
- Also service Cloquet and Hinckley
- Opportunity to work in Twin Ports area
0.6-0.9 FTE (Flex)
Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
This position is a fast paced, acute walk-in care setting

Additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus for future outreach and can be obtained after hire.
