At Redmind, you'll gain practical knowledge in UX/UI design, learn how to collaborate in an agile environment, and contribute directly to products used by companies.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll be working on real-life design challenges with our team, so we’re looking for motivated and creative individuals with a passion for UX/UI design.
We work quickly and collaboratively with startups and founders, so you’ll need to be enthusiastic about design innovation and eager to work with new ideas and tools.

Teamwork is at the heart of what we do. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and customers, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business goals.
We’re looking for curious designers who are always thinking of new ways to improve user experiences.
Language requirements - you must be proficient in both Swedish and English.
