Description
Join a dynamic team in New York, NY, leading a group of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance our sales funnel.
This full-time role involves managing and coaching SDRs to prospect and qualify leads, ensuring effective pipeline and revenue generation.
Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, and develop a team of SDRs to support company growth.
Set and manage targets, tracking activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
Coach team on outbound strategies and objection handling.
Refine outbound playbooks and messaging across various channels.
Ensure smooth SDR-to-AE handoff process for qualified leads.
Qualifications
Experience in an SDR or sales role with quota responsibilities.
Proven leadership in managing or mentoring a sales development team.
Strong communication skills for coaching reps on outbound strategies.
Data-driven approach with CRM proficiency to prioritize coaching.
5 years of relevant experience in HR, technology, or software sales, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.
