To support our continued international growth, we are looking for a Team Lead based in Málaga. You will play a crucial role in building and leading a team of consultants while ensuring alignment between our local Hub South organisation and the Belgian leadership teams.

More than a traditional people management role, this position combines team leadership, capacity management and operational excellence. You will be responsible forcreating strong team engagement, translating business needs into operational actions and proactivelydriving performance through data and KPI management.

• Youlead and develop a team of consultants by inspiring, coaching and supporting them in their day-to-day work and professional growth.

• Youcreate a positive, engaging and collaborative working environmentwhere team members feel connected, supported and motivated to perform at their best.

• Youact as the local point of contactand connector between the Hub South team and the leadership teams in Belgium, ensuring strong communication, alignment and collaboration.

• Youmonitor team capacity, utilization and performance, using KPIs and operational data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.

• You proactivelyanticipate challengesand take ownership in finding solutions before they impact business results.

• You analyze operational and business data and translate insights into concrete actions that help the team achieve its objectives.

• You actively collaborate with stakeholders across different countries, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth cooperation between teams.

• Yousupport onboarding and integration of new team members and help create a strong team culture within the Málaga hub.

• You contribute to the long-term growth of Hub South and play an active role in helping the organisation scale successfully.

This is you?

• You haveexperience leading teams and developing people.

• You have experience in operational leadership, workforce planning, capacity management or similar environments where KPIs and data are key drivers for success.

• Strong coaching abilities to support individual development and team growth.

• You are highly proactive and demonstrate a strong sense ofownership. You do not wait for issues to arise; you identify them early and take action.

• You arecomfortable working with metrics, analysing performance data and using insights to support decision-making.

• You havestrong organizational skills and can effectively prioritize and coordinate activities.

• Your excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsallow you to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across teams and countries.

• You enjoy working in a dynamic international environment where change, growth and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.

• You arewilling to travel occasionally to Belgiumto strengthen collaboration with the wider leadership team.

• You are fluent inEnglish and Dutch and/or French.

• Knowledge ofSpanish would be considered a strong asset.
