Payroll Specialist - Norwegian-speaking

At SD Worx, we’re expanding our SAP Managed Payroll Services team and looking for Experienced Payroll Specialists who want to make an impact and grow in an international, professional and people‑focused environment.

About the role:

Which tasks can you expect?

• Orchestrate end-to-end payroll delivery for Norwegian customers

• Manageprocess deviations, assess impact, and recommend solutions

• Ownchange requests end-to-end(requirements, pricing, implementation, documentation, training)

• Ensure alignment and adherence toglobal and local process standards, considering client needs

• Maintain and updateprocess documentation(SOPs, DWIs, guidelines)

• Collaborate withclients and country teamsto ensure smooth operations and alignment

• Support the design and enhancement ofstandardized yet locally adaptable processes

• Handlecomplex payroll casesand act as first escalation point

• Ensureaccurate, timely payroll deliveryin line with SLAs

• Supportsystem updates, testing, and implementations(incl. UAT and parallel runs)

• Maintain regularclient communicationto ensure efficient payroll processing

• Guide Payroll Administrators and ensurecompliance with regulations

• Liaise withexternal stakeholders(e.g., tax authorities, benefits providers)

• Manageyear-end processingand statutory reporting

What do you have to offer?

• Fluent inNorwegianandEnglishlanguages.

• 3–5 years of experience inPayroll outsourcing / BPO environments

• Strong knowledge ofSAP Payroll / Employee Central Payroll

• Experience working withinternational clients and complex payroll operations

• A problem-solver mindset with a passion forprocess improvement and excellence

• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintainingtop-quality delivery

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Experience withSAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Concur, Workforce Management and integration tooling is a plus.

• Certifications such as CPP, CPS or CPM is a plus.
