About the role:
As aPayroll Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end payroll solutions that make a real impact on our clientsā operations. You will be responsible for leading the full implementation lifecycleācombining both functional expertise and technical know-how to ensure successful project outcomes.
Which tasks can you expect?
Leadend-to-end payroll implementations, owning both the functional and technical delivery for our clients.
Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them intoscalable, high-impact solutions.
Configure and tailor payroll systems to fit each clientās requirements, ensuringseamless integration with other business platforms.
Drivefunctional testing and validation, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and a smooth payroll process from start to finish.
What do you have to offer?
+5 years of experience implementing ERP payroll solutions.
Strong expertise inpayroll processes, accounting, and labor regulations, combined with hands-on experience in system configuration and customization.
Proven ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Experience withIntegrho will be a strong advantage.
Background in implementingtime & attendance solutions or HCM systems is a plus.
Spanish is essentialandfluency in English.
