About the role:

As aPayroll Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end payroll solutions that make a real impact on our clients’ operations. You will be responsible for leading the full implementation lifecycle—combining both functional expertise and technical know-how to ensure successful project outcomes.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Leadend-to-end payroll implementations, owning both the functional and technical delivery for our clients.

  • Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them intoscalable, high-impact solutions.

  • Configure and tailor payroll systems to fit each client’s requirements, ensuringseamless integration with other business platforms.

  • Drivefunctional testing and validation, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and a smooth payroll process from start to finish.


What do you have to offer?

  • +5 years of experience implementing ERP payroll solutions.

  • Strong expertise inpayroll processes, accounting, and labor regulations, combined with hands-on experience in system configuration and customization.

  • Proven ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

  • Experience withIntegrho will be a strong advantage.

  • Background in implementingtime & attendance solutions or HCM systems is a plus.

  • Spanish is essentialandfluency in English.
