About the role:

As aJunior Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will join an international and collaborative environment where you will contribute to delivering payroll solutions that help our clients better manage their people.

You will be involved in end-to-end projects, working alongside more senior consultants and clients to understand their needs and translate them into reliable, efficient, and tailored solutions. This role offers a great opportunity to further develop your expertise in payroll, technology and consulting.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Supportend-to-end payroll implementation projects, gaining a full understanding of the process lifecycle.

  • Work closely with clients and team members toanalyze requirements and help shape effective solutions.

  • Configure and adapt payroll systems to ensure they meet client-specific needs.

  • Participate in and supportfunctional testing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, andhigh-quality payroll delivery.


What do you have to offer?

  • +2 years of experience in implementing Payroll ERP solutions.

  • Understanding ofpayroll processes and initial experience withsystem configuration.

  • Ability to work in dynamic environments,managing multiple projectsand priorities.

  • Strongcommunication skills, with a client-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge ofIntegrho is a strong plus.

  • Experience withtime & attendance solutions or HCM systems is considered an advantage.

  • Spanish is essentialandfluency in English.
