What will you do?

You will be in direct contact with ourBelgian customers and assist them with all theirquestions regarding the use of oursoftware.

How are you going to do that?

  • You buildknowledge andexperience within the different domains of ourapplications.

  • You build arelationship of trust with your client contacts.

  • You answer questions concerning theuseof ourProtime tools.

  • Youadvise your customers on how tooptimize their Protime environment.

  • You develop aninternal network and work closely with our internal customer experts (obtaining advice, delivering leads, passing on information, clarifying the needs of our customer portfolio, etc.)

What else will you do?

  • You will have the opportunity to help think about the operation and future of the team. Together, you take a critical look at the processes and take steps to optimize our customer service .

  • You share your knowledge and experience with colleagues.

This is you?

  • You canspeak to customers in aprofessional manner and have theperseverance to always search (out-of-the-box) for the right solution.

  • You have aninterest in software applications and the hard part of HR.

  • You areanalytically strong.

  • You work with our Flemish customers, so you communicate very fluently inDutch. You also speakEnglish.

  • You know how to takeresponsibility in your role. You likeautonomy and takinginitiative and you are self-managing.

  • You like working in agrowth companywhere you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuouslyimprove.

  • Annual base salary between €25.000 and €32000(depending on experience) + annual variable bonus + fringe benefits.
