Long Term Contract
- Lead and coach teams in adopting Scrum theory and Agile practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams and product owners through Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
- Help remove obstacles to delivery and team success.
- Protect teams from distractions and interference that could delay business value delivery.
- Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve Scrum processes and project progress.
- Resolve impediments in the development process.
- Ensure Scrum principles are correctly understood and applied.
- Facilitate collaboration with product owners and internal stakeholders.
- Provide consulting and analytical support to improve team performance.
- Support backlog delivery and sprint prioritization.
- Keep teams aligned with sprint goals and timelines.
- Apply Agile techniques to optimize workflow and delivery cadence.
- Wealth Management Experience is a must
